Art Plaza Hotel

The breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room was also spacious. The hotel was good value for money, and the location was excellent, being very close to a variety of shops, restaurants and transport links.

The location of this hotel was good, being very close to Vitosha Street with all of its restaurants and shops, although there was a bit of a walk to reach the main city sights such as the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. There was a good choice for breakfast and our room was comfortable and of an adequate size. I cannot praise the staff highly enough as I had a nasty fall during my visit to Sofia and one member of staff in particular organised a taxi to the hospital for me, generally looked after my well-being and even phoned our travel company for me as we were about to embark on an organised tour. I can highly recommend this hotel for the staff alone.

Breakfast was nice and had nice options for food, bread, spreads and fruits. The room size was amazing and we had two very big and comfortable beds. The hotel is located in an extremely central area, and couldn't be better in this regard.

The apartment was well soundproofed and when we closed the window we couldn't hear anything from the street. The hotel is in a great location and you can do almost everything on foot, especially bars and restaurants. We found it to be quite safe at any time of day. The breakfast was very good.

Excellent location. Two mins from Metro station. Easy walking to all central sites of interest. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. Very good breakfast choice. Stayed in junior suite. Loads of room. Excellent value for money. Tea and coffee provided along with batroom goods and replenished every day. Mid-day checkout was also very valuable in allowing good use of the final morning of my stay.
